After disconnecting from a remote desktop session on my windows xp box, pandion leaves me as "Available" and never sets me to idle or away.
I'm running the latest .99 dev release but its acted this way in all other versions.

I am trying to implement Pandion (latest stable version) on a client on an Active Directory domain which utilizes folder redirection and roaming profiles. All folders where Pandion data is stored are redirected to a UNC on a server. Additionally Offline FIles are enabled as this is a remote laptop client.

I am getting various script errors when trying to implement a background and when receiving an IM from using AIM. This behavior is very repeatable on the client using a roaming profile, but if I test on an account with everything local I get no errors.

Are there any workarounds to get this working properly with a roaming profile and folder redirection?

We have pandion installed on our student worker machines, however they log Pandion off throughout the day and we need to keep Pandion on as an easy way of communication. Can we disable log off or have it running in the background so that they are always logged in?

We recently upgraded to the latest Pandion version. We are required to be in 3 chat rooms daily and we are having trouble with getting the Pandion to flash when it is minimized. It used to flash whenever anyone wrote something in any of the rooms, but now it does not. Is there any way to resolve this? Thanks in advance!

It has come to my attention that any code utilizing the Trident Layout Engine cannot be licensed under GPL because of Trident's incompatible Proprietary MS-EULA license. However, the BSD license would allow for software such as Pandion to use components such as Trident. Other licenses that would work include LGPL, Apache License, MIT License and Mozilla Public License.

The BSD license is used by a number of open source projects, including Webkit, and if future versions of Pandion will utilize Webkit it would make sense to use the BSD or LGPL license as they do.

What are your thoughts?

Is there a way to be visible to some contacts and not others?

I think the checkbox was only added in 2.6? I haven't been able to make out where Pandion (2.6.) stores this setting so that I could try whether 2.5 would already honor it...

We have decided not to install the new version company-wide until the status message dialog can again be forced on status change (see http://gsfn.us/t/ohm1). Having the new version dialog pop up on every start however is quite irritating for users.

Many Jabber/XMPP clients have Facebook support. When does Pandion is going to support facebook chat too?

Could you please add a possibility to disable font style in messages being send via pandion?

Much people use clients which does not provide additional message font information. And when they draw pandion's messages - such messages looks bigger then normal those clients messages.

From the other hand messages in pandion looks the same. When those other guys asks me to decrease font size to 8 or 9 they saw in their clients that my messages of the same size as their own, but i see my messages are very small and other's guys messages have big font size.

Could you please investigate the default size of pandion's jabber messages in other clients and make them by default to be of the equal size (for me and for other clients)?
Could you please provide an ability to not set font information for my messages being sent ?

I liked your client and don't want to change it, but it's important for me

I have pandion come up but never connects to server, The little round disc just keeps turning,But says available under my user and when I access my live support says support offline. what can I do?

We are facing a problem with Pandion 2.5, ie 7 and winXp. If we log in the machine using the administrator account everything works fine, but when we try to use the application logged in the machine with a regular user we are receiving a javascript error message which says:

external.globals(...) is null or is not an object
Erro in main.html

This error is being raised on the following line of the warn.js file:

external.globals('stderr').length > ....

Please , could anyone give us a help ?

I have private server Openfire 3.6.4 with TLS on (required). All clients uses Pandion 2.5 and all work fine. After clients updating to Pandion 2.6.90 some of them work ok, but others when can't connect to server: client says "login or password incorrect".

These clients can connect with server option "TLS on (optional)" AND client option "Don't use encryption" only.

Server: Openfire 3.6.4
Clients: Pandion 2.6.90 (also tested versions up to 2.6.98).

Is it possible to disable all browser integration features, cause we don ́t want to use this.

First, excellent app - glad to see it updated again we used it a while back but switched to spark because it looked like pandion was discontinued and we were having issues. Since we've overhauled it all and want to switch back.

Anyway, Were running an Openfire xmpp server here on Windows Server 2008 here. We have it validating against our windows domain. My problem is that with Pandion I cannot attach to the server using a dns address @, but I can get to it via @. (Gives error about incorrect password or account does not exist on server). I can do this with the spark client, so I know there is no DNS resolution issue.

I searched the forums a bit and didnt find much that applied, though I did try updating to the 2.6.98 client - no help there though, same issue. Any suggestions?

I'm about to get my desktop pc replaced, how do I backup the message history in Pandion to make it available on the new pc?

The internet usage shut down and came back up in the building I am in and when Pandion came back up it was repeating conversations. I signed off and signed back on to see if that would fix it and i have not had a problem since, did this fix it?

Hi guys.. Something append that personal computer goes off (power failure, system error ecc ecc) when there're many chat windows open and the user is away from it's office. All the messages/chat will lost and the person has to open any contact to see if there was a past conversation with someone. There's a way to register "last user conversation" or something similar? (so they click only on the specified user). Thanks
